What happens when you sign up
Spacefolder sends your email address, the signup form you used, any name, company, desired outcomes, running locations, and desired predictions you submit, and the privacy-notice version through Resend as a notification to Spacefolder’s inbox. We don’t keep a separate signup database. The form confirms your signup after Resend accepts the notification for delivery.
How we use your address
We use your address for Spacefolder early access updates. We don’t send an automatic confirmation email, sell your address, or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. The interactive product workspace uses example data without accessing your accounts.
Email processing
Resend processes the notification, and the receiving email service stores the message in Spacefolder’s inbox. These providers may keep delivery records under their own policies. We keep signup messages for the early access program until you request removal or the program ends.
When you talk to us
The contact form sends your name, email address, and message through Resend to Spacefolder’s inbox. We use these details to respond to your message. We keep the conversation while responding and for follow-up, until you request removal or it’s no longer needed. Contact messages don’t subscribe you to early access updates. We don’t record their contents in analytics or application logs.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to understand which pages people visit and whether the signup form works. We record page views and exits alongside browser and device information and the referring site. Selected actions include signup attempts and their outcomes. We also record preview tab changes and agent guide opens.
PostHog stores a generated browser identifier in a cookie and local storage to group a browser’s visits. We don’t link it to your signup email or create a person profile. We keep email addresses and other form values out of analytics events. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs and keep only the referring site’s origin.
Session recordings and automatic click capture stay off. We turn off IP-based geolocation and honor your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Clearing Spacefolder’s cookies and local site data resets the browser identifier. It doesn’t delete events PostHog has already received.
Abuse prevention
The form validates submissions and uses a hidden bot-detection field. Each running server instance uses a salted hash of the request identifier to enforce a temporary limit. These limits expire after 15 minutes or when the instance stops. They don’t form a stored signup list. Spacefolder doesn’t write submitted addresses to application logs. Hosting and email providers manage their logs separately from the application.
Retention and deletion
To request removal from early access updates, reply to any Spacefolder update you receive.
Removal includes the signup notification in Spacefolder’s inbox and any working list created from it. Email providers may manage retention and backups separately.
