EARLY ACCESS / PRIVACY

Your email.
A single purpose.

Spacefolder uses your address for early-access updates about the Mac app.

What happens when you sign up

Your email address, the signup form you used, and the privacy-notice version are sent through Resend as a notification to Spacefolder’s inbox. The website does not maintain a separate signup database. The form confirms your signup after Resend accepts the notification for delivery.

How it is used

Your address is used for Spacefolder early-access updates. The website does not send an automatic confirmation email to you, sell your address, or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. No analytics provider or advertising tracker is configured. The interactive product workspace uses fictional records and does not access your accounts.

Email processing

Resend processes the notification, and the receiving email service stores the message in Spacefolder’s inbox. These providers may retain delivery records under their own policies. Signup messages are kept for the early-access program until removal is requested or the program ends.

Abuse prevention

The form validates submissions and uses a hidden bot-detection field. A temporary limit in each running server instance uses a salted hash of the request identifier. These limits expire after 15 minutes or when the instance stops; they do not form a stored signup list. Submitted addresses are not written to application logs. Hosting and email-provider logs are separate from the application.

Retention and deletion

To request removal from early-access updates, reply to any Spacefolder update you receive.

Removal includes the signup notification in Spacefolder’s inbox and any working list created from it. Email-provider retention and backups may be managed separately.
